Mandy holds a bachelor of arts degree in dance, with a minor in performing arts from Lindenwood University in St. Louis, Missouri where she also danced on LU's nationally ranked Lion Line Dance Team for three years and served as captain and nationals choreographer. Mandy also danced professionally with the Mid America Dance Company in St. Louis, MO. Some of her performance credits include the 2006 Jerry Lee Lewis MDA Telethon and the NDTC opening number on ESPN. Mandy is a 14 year vetern staff member with Universal Dance Association and has served as Territory Manager, summer curriculum choreographer, head instructor and national dance team judge, she has coached collegiate programs such as William Jewell College, The University of Kansas, and four time National Champion Hawaii Pacific University Dance Team in Honolulu, Hawaii. After persuing dance for the last decade, Mandy began studing Yoga as a supplement to her dancing. She never realized what an asset yoga was in her dance technique teaching. Mandy now teaches classic yoga and hot yoga at Image for adults and within her technique classes at the studio. Currently Mandy travels to US as a master choreographer in pom, jazz and hip-hop for VIROC a varsity brand which specializes in national caliber custom routines. Mandy is also a resident yoga instructor for Quixotic Fusion Performance Ensemble in her hometown of Kansas City, MO
